Shipping Methods:

Our official shops and dealers work with UPS, 4PX, DHL, DPD, and FEDEX shipping companies for our deliveries. As soon as we start shipping, we send our customers shipping information via email, including the shipping date, tracking number and tracking website.
 

Shipping Locations & Shipping to:

We have warehouses in CN, DE, and US. Once the order is confirmed, we will ship from the nearest warehouse with available stock based on your address.

Estimated dispatch times and order processing times for shipping locations（Standard Shipping）:

To all EU countries (except Cyprus, Malta and some remote islands) 5-15 working days. Order processing time: 1-3 working days.
To all NA countries：5-12 working days. Order processing time: 1-3 working days.
To another countries：6-15 working days. Order processing time: 1-3 working days.

To all EU countries (except Cyprus, Malta and some remote islands) 3-8 working days. Order processing time: 1-3 working days.
To all NA countries：3-8 working days. Order processing time: 1-3 working days.

Notes:The above shipping times are estimated and may be affected by distance, holidays, customs policies, political activities and other factors.

Customs Fees, Tariff, VAT, Duties & Taxes

Wooask complies with the laws and regulations of various countries. Orders shipped to some countries and regions may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, For countries or regions that need to collect relevant taxes or other fees (such as the EU, CA, etc.), we provide pre-declaration and payment services, and the corresponding amount will be reflected at checkout and in the order. For some countries that cannot provide pre-declaration and payment services, these fees will be collected by the customs department after the shipment arrives in the recipient's country.

If the recipient refuses the package, is unwilling to pay customs fees, or the package is deemed undeliverable, your original shipping fee and an additional return shipping and processing charge of $45 minimum and accrued customs fees will be deducted from your refund when the package is returned to us.(The specific amount is determined by the actual.)

Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Also, we will not reimburse for these charges.
